The Mystery Of The Saints Row 2 Freezer

In most copies of Saints Row 2 on the Xbox 360 and only in certain models of the console there lies a mysterious glitch that can potentially brick the disc itself.

You can only do it in the "Zombie Uprising" activity and by entering the cheats, Low Gravity, Never die, and Super Explosions.

Then, you can glitch out of the Stilwater Underground area and into the main city, it will be mainly empty with no pedestrian or vehicle in sight.

Exploring the empty city some events can occur; random objects start moving out of nowhere and sometimes even zombies can appear next to the player even when they're not close to the Zombie Uprising area, and it's only a matter of time before the freezer can make his appearance.

Many have stated that going to the red light district on the map has a high chance of the freezer to appear, this is mainly due to the red light district being close to the Zombie Uprising area, thus causing the freezer to appear often there.

On PS3 and PC there havent been many states of the freezer appearing, since most of them are just on the Xbox version of the game.

And due to how unstable the PC port for Saints Row 2 is, it's almost impossible to catch a sighting of the freezer.

On PS3 the game would freeze, but without sighting of the freezer.

What are you're thoughts of this Urban Mystery?

If I saw this in action while doing the glitch I'd piss my pants. I wonder why only the XBOX version?

This one still goes unknown as far as i know, and to refrain on what i said about only certain Xbox 360 console models then to reproduce the glitch you'd need to do it with the Jasper model of the 360.

I also want to add up that even the digital version of the game (the one you can buy on the now defunct xbox 360 marketplace) doesnt work to do the glitch, only the disc version of the game.

EDIT: More things i wanted to add up, Video This is the aftermath IF the disc survived from the freezer itself, the game would be INCREDIBLY unstable, cutscene chunks wouldn't load, audio wouldn't load, and only some chunks of the map load in free roam. Loading an already existing save file freezes the game, so the only way to actually explore the broken disc is through creating a new game (although i don't know how saintsgodzilla managed to get his save working...) there's also an unusually 8 minute load time when starting a new game. A lot of things like moving the sliders when creating your character, changing values, etc would freeze the game.
