What should we add to the boards?

Just wondering what the community has to say about (as of right now) simple forum.
Note: we are not adding any new forums. We have also decided on the theme and smilies. We just need features.
If you can give specific plugins, that would be great!

By the way, Smilies WILL BE BACK. Bigfish seems to just be busy for now, I had to get rid of them real quick because the phpbb defaults are pretty fugly.

I'm also planning on advertising on different parts of the internet, once the forums is customized a bit I will be making an advertisement.
